Return Policy

A. For sanitary purposes we do not accept returned items , Once hair care products have been received by the customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to the potential risk of contamination.

B. In the unlikely event you have received the incorrect number of products or a faulty product , please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will do our utmost best to resolve the issue.

For quality control purposes ,please provide us with the following information:

1)Your order number 

2)photographic evidence and a description

Please note that Laakhi Haircare products are cosmetic products , this category of beauty is very subjective and varies between individuals we cannot guarantee any results as they vary between individuals nor can we guarantee that you the consumer will indefinitely be pleased with our formulations . When purchasing Laakhi Haircare you are doing so with your own discretion and we (Laakhi Haircare) cannot offer refunds or returns for personal dislike or lack of performance of laakhi haircare products.
